Hello! I'm Kyla Ramos!

Currently I'm:

• A Sophomore at The College of New Jersey, majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Interactive Multimedia.
• On the executive board of two cultural clubs on campus!
  I'm the Fundraising Chair for TCNJ JSA (Japanese Student Association) and the Publicist for TCNJ Dragonflies (A traditional Asian dance group).
• Teaching myself Python and SQL over Winter Break.
• Actively searching for internships for Summer 2021!

In the past, I've:

• Completed a project where I redesigned the website smash.gg for my "Fundamentals of Web Design" course.
• Researched AI/ML, and what type of data/how much of it is needed in training for machine translation.
• Completed courses on subjects, such as Data Structures, Discrete Structures, and Analysis of Algorithms.
• Managed the social media for STEAMpark, a non-profit that provides educational, emotional and wellness support to kids in need while promoting educational elements of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.

In my free time, I enjoy:

• Creating Spotify playlists and listening to music.
• Using Notion to keep myself organized.
• Designing and creating digital art.
• Hanging out with my dog, Chewie!
