About Us
Smash.gg was started in 2015 by a small team of amateur players and fans active in the esports community. Since we started, our goal has been to build active esports scenes around the games people love to play. Today, we support over 6,000 active event organizers across a broad mix of games. We provide bracket and registration functionality for both online and live events, running from 16 person LAN events to online tournaments with thousands of participants. Our software is free to use for anyone. We often work with sponsors and game developers looking to connect with their player communities and are always happy to share our insights.

What is the cost of using smash.gg?
You may be wondering: "There has to be a fee somewhere to utilize all these features!?"
The truth is that it is completely free to run your tournament on our platform! It is also completely free for attendees to register for your tournament. We do not take a cut or charge a fee at all. Smash.gg is currently a venture capital funded company and our current focus is not in creating revenue but providing assistance to the community as much as possible!

How do I report a bug?
Tournament page not loading/sluggish? Attendees and Seeding Page have disappeared? The website is down and you are unable to access it?
In the event that you have encountered a bug, we recommend that you please report it immediately towards support@smash.gg or our Intercom (Instant Messenger) based chat (Registered Smash.gg Accounts can only perform this)!
In your email/message, please include as much of the following as possible, such as:
- Step-by-step reproduction steps
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Screenshot(s)/GIF(s) that help demonstrate the issue
- Have you tested this on another web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) and attained the same results?
How do you find a tournament?
Head to "Browse Events", and use the search bar to find an event! You can also join the featured tournaments on the home page.
